摘 要:Si C∶Al N以质量比1∶1,添加不同质量分数Y2O3-Si O2(摩尔比为2.9∶7.1)复合烧结助剂,分别在氢气和氩气气氛下常压烧结制备Si C-Al N复相材料。研究烧结气氛、烧成温度和Y2O3-SiO2含量对该复相材料烧结性能的影响。结果表明,与氢气气氛相比,氩气气氛下烧结体更易致密;16501850℃,随着烧结温度升高,烧结致密性明显提高。氩气气氛1850℃下保温1 h,Y2O3-SiO2复合助剂含量为9.09wt%,烧结体的显气孔率可低于0.15%,晶粒尺寸均匀且连接紧密。烧结过程中,Y2O3、Si O2烧结助剂与Al N表面的Al2O3在一定温度下形成液相有助于样品致密化。Y2O3与Al N表面的Al2O3反应生成钇铝石榴石(Y3Al5O12),Si O2高温下主要形成玻璃相。Si C-Al N复相材料是由主晶相6H-Si C和Al N,次晶相Y3Al5O12组成。Si C and Al N powders were mixed as raw materials( in mass ratio of 1∶ 1) with Y_2O_3 and SiO_2( in molar ratio of 2. 9∶ 7. 1) as sintering additives. Si C-Al N composites were prepared by pressureless sintering in H2 and Ar atmosphere respectively. The effects of sintering atmosphere,sintering temperature and Y_2O_3-SiO_2 content on the sintering properties were investigated. The results show that the sintered samples in Ar atmosphere are more compact than that in H2 atmosphere. The compactness improves obviously with the increase of sintering temperature( 1650-1850 ℃). The apparent porosity of the sample was 0. 15% at Y_2O_3-SiO_2 additive of 9. 09wt% under the condition of argon atmosphere,1850 ℃sintering temperature and 1 hour holding time. SEM analysis of the sintered samples showed that grain size is uniform and grains connected compactly. During the sintering process, under a certain temperature,Y_2O_3,SiO_2 and Al2O3on the surface of the Al N form a liquid phase,which could promote sintering. Y3Al5O12 is generated via the reaction of Y_2O_3 and Al2O3on the surface of the Al N. SiO_2 forms glass phase in the sintered samples. The main crystal phase of the sample is 6H-Si C and Al N,and theminor crystal phase is Y3Al5O12.
