摘  要:以低氯固体单分子双酚A环氧树脂和双酚A为原料由扩链反应制备出不易结晶的微电子级液体环氧树脂。通过环氧当量、粘度和贮存稳定性测试研究了3种催化剂三苯基膦,乙基三苯基醋酸膦和四丁基乙酸铵及反应温度对产物树脂性能的影响。结果表明:当单分子环氧树脂与双酚A的用量分别为190 g和10 g,乙基三苯基醋酸膦催化剂0.7 g,160℃下反应5 h可制得无色透明的微电子级高纯度液体环氧树脂,其环氧当量、粘度及外观与通用型液体环氧树脂一致且贮存稳定性优异。The microelectronic-grade liquid epoxy resins which were not easy to crystallization were prepared by the chain-extending reaction using solid monomolecule bisphenol A epoxy resin with low chlorine content and bisphenol A as raw materials. The effects of three catalysts triphenylphosphine,ethyltriphenylphosphonium acetate and tetrabutyl ammonium acetate and reaction temperature on the properties of the product resins were investigated by the testings of epoxy equivalent,viscosity and storage stability. The results showed that the colorless and transparent microelectronic-grade high purity liquid epoxy resins would be obtained as the conditions as followed:monomolecule epoxy resin 190 g,bisphenol A 10 g,ethyltriphenylphosphonium acetate catalyst 0.7 g,reaction temperature 160 ℃ and reaction time 5 h. The epoxy equivalent,viscosity and appearance of the product resins were consistent with those of general-purpose liquid epoxy resins and the storage stability of the resins were excellent.
