摘　　要：对32例Graves病患者血清内源性洋地黄因子浓度进行了放射免疫法测定。结果表明,Graves病患者血清EDF浓度显著高于正常对照组,P<0.05;心率增快、FT_3升高的Graves组及未治疗的Graves病组,EDF明显高于正常组,P<0.05;经过治疗,心率和FT_3恢复正常的Graves病组与正常组比较,EDF无明显差别。Graves病合并甲亢性心脏病组与无并发症Graves病组比较,EDF显著升高,P<0.05;Graves病合并周期性麻痹组与无并发症Graves病组比较,EDF无明显差别。因此,积极治疗甲亢中和/或消除体内过多的EDF对改善甲亢性心脏病的心脏功能具有一定价值。The radioimmunoassay was used to detect the concentration of endogenous digitalis-like factor (EDF) in blood serum of 32 patients infected with Graves' disease.The results were as follows:①The EDF concentration in blood serum of patients infected with Graves' disease was much higher than that in healthy persons(P < 0.05); ②The EDF concentrations in the patients did not treat yet and in the patients suffer from higher cardiotach and FT3, were much higher than that in healthy persons ( P < 0.05);③ After treatment, the EDF concentration of the patients,who didn't suffering from higher cardiotach and FT3 any longer,was almost the same with the persons in good health;④Compared the patients infected with both Graves' disease and hyperthyroid cardiopathy at the same time, the concentration of EDF of the patients suffer from only the graves disease without syndromes,is much higher ( P < 0.05) ; Compared with the patients infected with Graves disease combined with periodic palsy,the patients with only the Craves disease but without syndromes is almost the same in concentration of EDF ( P < 0.05).
