摘　　要：首先介绍了WindowsDNA架构和COM+技术,基于这种架构和技术,阐述了电力管理系统中干灰系统从设计到具体实现的全过程。The paper introduces the research process about the Ganhui system of the electric power management information system .Fir- stly,it introduced technology about Windows DNA and COM+.Based on these technology, it introduced all the processes from the design to idiographic realization of the whole system
