摘  要:本文对制备聚羧酸系减水剂的重要中间体——甲基丙烯酸聚乙二醇单甲醚酯的合成工艺进行了研究,考察了反应时间、催化剂对甲苯磺酸的用量、阻聚剂对苯二酚的用量、反应温度及甲基丙烯酸(MAA)与聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)的用量比对酯化率的影响。结果表明:最佳反应条件为反应时间为8h,催化剂与MPEG的摩尔比为0.1,阻聚剂与MPEG的摩尔比为0.04,反应温度为130℃,酸醇比为1.3,在此条件下,酯化率达到了98%以上。The synthesization technics of MPEG-MAA was studied in this paper,which is an important intermediate used for preparation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.Influence of reaction time,catalyzer,impedance agent,reaction temperature and the ratio of MAA/MPEG were investigated.The result showed that the optimal reaction can obtain,when the reaction time was 8h,the mole ratio is 0.1 between catalyzer and MPEG,the mole ratio is 0.04 between impedance agent and MPEG,the reaction temperature is 130℃ and the ratio is 1.3 of the MAA/MPEG.In this condition,the esterification ratio of 98% can obtain.
