摘  要:本文根据机制砂自密实块片石混凝土施工工艺及工程现场施工条件需求,提出了超流态机制砂自密实混凝土的性能评价方法及性能指标,研究了水胶比、砂率、粉煤灰掺量、胶材总量、聚羧酸减水剂种类和掺量等配合比参数对超流态自密实混凝土性能的影响。配制出初始坍落度(270±20)mm、坍落扩展度大于650mm、倒流扩展度不小于500mm、倒坍落度筒流出时间不大于6s、28d强度大于25MPa的C20超流态机制砂自密实混凝土。According to the construction technology of rubble self-compacting concrete with manufactured sand and the demand of construction field conditions,evaluation methods and index of C20 super-fluidity self-compacting concrete with manufactured sand(SFSCC)were put forward in this paper.The effect of w/c,sand ratio,fly ash content,total amount of binder,and the type and dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the properties of C20 SFSCC was investigated.The C20 SFSCC was prepared successfully,which the initial slump was 270±20mm,the slump flow was more than 650mm,the delivery time of inverted slump cone was less than 6s,and the 28d compressive strength could be more than 25MPa.
