摘  要:目的 构建透析型杂合人工肝装置并评价该系统的安全性和稳定性。方法 中空纤维管和透析器连接氧合器供养,血泵提供循环动力,恒温装置维持循环温度,透析管道为循环通路,透析器的侧路入端用输液器连接透析液,输液架支撑腹透液,聚集培养的肝细胞接种到中空纤维管外腔,构建出透析型杂合人工肝装置,并用于正常的犬进行体外实验。结果 正常犬实验结束后生命体征稳定,白蛋白明显升高(P<0.05),其他各项指标无明显变化。结论 该系统血液相容性好,运行对于实验犬安全、稳定。Objective To establish and the hemodialysis hybrid bioartificial liver support system (HBLS) and evaluate its safety and stability. Methods Hollow fiber module inoculated with porcine hepalocyte and a dialyzer was connected an oxygenalor. A blood pump and a heater were also included in HBLS. Peritoneal dialysate was used. All of these consist the hemodialysis HBLS and the usefulness of this system was investigated in normal dogs. Results Normal vital signs were revealed in dogs. The result of laboratory tests didn t chang expect that serum albumin increased. Conclusions The hemodialysis HBLS has good biocompatibility, safety and stability for dogs.
