摘　　要：新生儿的神经系统发育尚未完善,还不能进行咳痰这一反射活动,如不急时将其肺部堆积在咽喉部的痰吸出,极易引起新生儿呼吸衰竭。newborn's nervous system growth not yet consummates, but also cannot carry on this counter- activity, when not anxious piles up his/her lungs is swallowing the throat the phlegm aspiration, is extremely easy to cause the newborn to breathe the failure.
