摘　　要：根据TMN网络管理功能的要求和电力通信综合网管系统的现状 ,提出了电力通信综合网管系统的高级功能 ,将人工智能和专家系统引入故障管理和性能管理。同时 ,介绍了一种知识表示方法和推理的过程。According to the need of TMN management function and the actuality of telecommunication network administration system,this paper puts forward the advanced function in power telecommunication network administration system,and applies artificial intelligence and expert system to fault management and performance management, and introduces an expression of knowledge and the deduction process.
