摘 要:研究了发生扰动时带相间功率控制器 ( IPC)联络线两侧电网间相位相对滑移和异步运行状态的问题。在揭示带 IPC联络线电流“对侧占优”准则、论证相对滑移期间联络线电流能够得到有效控制的基础上 ,得出了对于带 IPC联络线可以有条件地容许相位相对滑移与异步运行状态的结论 。The relative phase slippage between the power systems on both sides of the tie-line with interphase power controller (IPC) and the asynchronous operation state during the disturbance are researched. The rule for the current variation in tie-line, i.e. dominance of opposite side, is expounded. The effective limitation to the current in tie-line with IPC during the relative phase slippage is demonstrated. On these bases, a conclusion is drawn that the relative phase slippage and the asynchronous operation state are allowable conditionally for the tie-line with IPC. It is also indicated that there is a certain similarity between the special form of the asynchronous interconnection for power systems in pure AC condition and the asynchronous interconnection with DC.
