摘 要:在分析现有继电保护计算和管理系统现状及存在问题的基础上 ,结合继电保护整定计算的通用性和实用性要求 ,提出了一种开发继电保护计算及管理系统的新思路 :开发一种面向该领域的高级编程语言 ,使应用者可通过简单的编程构建满足自己需求的应用系统 ;通过归纳、总结继电保护整定计算与管理的方法、要求和特点 ,利用面向对象的方法和编译系统的原理与技术 ,开发了高级编程语言—— HT语言 ,利用该语言可轻松实现电网拓扑位置运算、故障计算、等值计算、定值计算、图形控制、数据库访问等继电保护计算及管理的各种功能。该系统现已投入实际应用。Based on analysis of the reality and the existed problems of relay protection calculation and management system, this paper proposed a new train of thought. That is, combining the requirements for common and practical software of protection setting calculation, to develop a senior programming language oriented this field, and to make protection engineers construct their own application system just through simple programming method that satisfies their actual requirement. The paper further developed a senior programming language--HT language using object oriented method and computer technology based on concluding and summarizing the method and characteristics of relay setting and management. Functions of the software system programmed by HT language can be realized easily, such as network equivalent and topological calculation, fault calculation, setting calculation, figure control, database access and so on. Now the system has applied in power systems and solved the general problems better.
