摘 要:双幅控制技术可大大降低有源箝位谐振直流环节逆变器(ACRDCLI)的直流环节损耗,并改善逆变器输出性能。该文提出了一种该电路的优化设计方案。通过对工作过程的详细分析,揭示了系统效率与各主要参数的内在关系,归纳出参数设计的一些重要原则。在此基础上设计了3kW的单相全桥逆变器,实验结果与理论分析结果一致,效率达96.2%。The Two-Amplitude control technique brings the Actively Clamped Resonant DC-Link Inverter (ACRDCLI) greatly reduced resonant loss and peak current pass through the clamp device, which improves the converters operation frequency and output performance. Since the control scheme for the inverter system has been developed in our previous works, this paper presents a numerical analysis methodology for the optimal design. With detailed analysis of the operation process, the interactions between system efficiency and various parameters are shown. Several fundamentals have been made out to guide the selection of the essential parameters. A 3kW single-phase H-bridge prototype circuit has been built. Experimental results and the measured efficiency (over 97.5%) agree with the theoretical results, confirming the effectiveness of the low-loss design.
