“呼感特”对NDV和AIV的抑制试验

摘　　要：观察了抗病毒新药“呼感特”对鸡新城疫病毒 (NDV)和禽流感病毒 (AIV)在鸡胚中生长的抑制情况 ,结果发现 :经不同药物浓度感作的NDV和AIV在相应鸡胚中生长时 ,和对照组相比 ,鸡胚的保护率明显升高 ,病毒的增殖效价显著降低。同时 ,药物浓度越高 ,这种影响愈明显 ,且AIV组的变化比相应NDV组的变化更明显。Growing restraint of NDV and AIV in chicken embryo with'Hugante'-a new drug resisting to virus were observed in this test.The results indicated that not only the protection rate of chicken embryo was obviously raised,but also the efficiency of increasing virus was conspicuously reduced about the growing in corresponding chicken embryo of NDV and AIV effected by different consistency of drugs compared with control group.Meanwhile the higher of the consistency of drugs,the more evident the effect,and the changes of the groups of AIV were more obvious than that of NDV.
