山东省植物上冰核活性细菌种类与分布研究

摘　　要：从山东省 2 5种植物上分离到 6 0株冰核活性细菌 ,鉴定结果为 :假单胞菌属有 37株 ,其中非荧光假单胞菌 10株 ,占 16 .7%;丁香假单胞菌 11株 ,占 18.3%%;荧光假单胞菌 2株 ,占 3.3%;菜豆荚斑假单胞菌 14株 ,占 2 3.3%。欧文氏菌属有 2 3株 ,其中菠萝欧文氏菌 2 1株 ,占 35 %;草生欧文氏菌 2株 ,占 3.3%。INA细菌的种类和分布受季节、环境、地域和植物种类等多种因素的影响。这是山东省关于冰核细菌研究的首次报道。s:Sixty strains of ice nucleation active bacteria(INA bacteria) were isolated on 25 kinds of plants in Shandong province.The identification result shows that there are 37 strains of Pseudomonas genus, of which P. sp 10 strains make up 16.7% of the total amount;P.syringae 11 strains make up 18.3% of total amount; P.fluorescens 2 stains 3.3% of the total amount and P.veridiflava 14 strains23.3%of the total amount.The other 23 strains are Erwinia genus,of which E.ananas 21 strains make up 35% of the total amount and E.herbicola 2 strains make up 3.3% of the total amount. The distribution of INA bacteria is affected by seasons, environment places and kinds of plants. This is the first report about INA bacteria studied in Shandong province.
