摘　　要：目的 :评价全自动血培养仪BacT/Alert 2 40的临床应用情况。方法 :回顾性分析BacT/Alert2 40全自动血培养系统检测 712 4份标本的阳性率 ,阳性检出时间 ,细菌种类以及假阳性率、假阴性率和污染率。结果 :712 4份血培养分离到 80 4株微生物 ,其中细菌 76 4株 ,阳性率 11 5 % ,最快阳性检出时间 2小时 ,2 4小时内检出的阳性占 6 9 9% ,48小时内占 87 3% ,72小时内占 91 3%。 80 4株细菌分布于 2 4个属 ,假阳性率 4 9% ,假阴性率0 4% ,污染率 0 3%。结论 :BacT/Alert2 40全自动血培养仪提高了血培养的阳性率 ,缩短了阳性检出时间 ,检出细菌种类多尤其是苛养菌阳性率增加 ,减少污染机会 ,而且操作简便、结果快速。Objective:To evaluate the value of automated blood culture system(BacT/Alert 240).Methods:A total of 7124 blood samples were detected by BacT/Alert 240 automated blood culture system.Positive rate,time to positive,the types of microorganisms recovered,false positive rate,false negative rate were analyzed retrospectively.Results:804 strains were isolated,positive rate was 11.5%,the shortest time to positive was 2h,the cumulative positive rates were 69.9% within 24h,87.3% within 48h,and 91.3% within 72h.There were 24 genera of microorganisms recovered.False positive rate was 4.9%,and false negative rate was 0.4%,and contaminative rate was 0.3%.Conclusion:The positive detection rate has been raised,the detection time to positive reduced,the genus of microorganisms increased and the chance of contamination decreased by using BacT/Alert 240 automated blood culture system.
