应用判别分析评价霍乱弧菌的诊断试验

摘　　要：本研究采用由纯培养菌和 Na Cl配制的模拟标本 ,生理盐水作为空白对照 ,水弧菌和大肠杆菌作为病原体阴性对照 ,应用判别分析评价霍乱弧菌的诊断试验 ,结果表明 ,PCR试验、细菌培养、凝集试验的判别能力均显著 。This study used the simulated samples compounded with pure culture bacteria and NaCl Water.Sterilized 0 85% NaCl solution served as the blank control,and selecting water vibrio and coliform bacillus(ATCC25922) served as negative control.Our study evaluated the diagnostic effect of three tests.The results showed that the discriminant powers of three tests were significant,and the discriminant power of PCR test was larger than bacteria culture and agglutinate test.
