摘　　要：本文介绍了EC与企业Intranet系统的关系,分析了EC所带来新环境以及企业信息系统体系结构的发展趋势,充分地阐述了Intranet系统的技术特点和优势以及在EC环境下如何构建企业Intranet系统,提出了企业Intranet系统构建中应注意的若干问题.After introducing the relation between Electronic Commerce(EC)and enterprise in-tranet and analyzing the new enviroment brought by EC and the development trend of the strctrue of enterprises' information system,this paper explains the technological characteris-tics and dominance,and the problem of how to construct enterprise Intranet system.It also mentions some problems we should pay attention to during constructing the intranet system.
