摘　　要：首先对 TD- SCDMA系统下小区选择 /重选的协议进行分析 ,然后根据实际的仿真流程 ,得到了仿真统计的结果以及适合 TD- SCDMA要求的门限值 ,该门限值直接影响到 TD- SCDMA系统的性能以及无线资源管理与优化 ,对 TD-This paper firstly analyzes protocol of Cell Selection and Reselection in TD-SCDMA system; then, according to the actual simulated process, introduces some statistical conclusions by simulating and some appropriate threshold, which affects directly the capability of TD-SCDMA system and Radio Resource Management and optimization. This threshold value is important in research and exploitation of protocol layer of TD-SCDMA.
