摘　　要：根据我国基于 TD- SCDMA技术的第三代移动通信系统的发展战略 ,提出 TD- SCDMA移动终端协议一致性测试技术的研究。着重介绍了一致性测试的原理 ,TD- SCDMA移动终端协议一致性测试的方法 ,测试系统的设计和实现 ,抽象测试集的生成。通过对该项技术的研究 ,可为 TD- SCDMA移动终端设备提供标准的、实用的协议一致性测试方法和工具 。According to the developing strategy of the 3G mobile communication system that is based on TD-SCDMA technology in our country, this paper presents a research on TD-SCDMA mobile terminal protocol conformance testing technology. Especially, the paper introduces the conformance testing theory, TD-SCDMA mobile terminal protocol conformance testing method, the design and implement of testing system, and the creation of abstract testing suites (ATS). Through careful study of these technologies, a set of normalized, applied conformance testing methods and tools are provided for TD-SCDMA mobile terminal equipment, which can solve the protocol non-conformance problem when mobile terminal equipment has access to network.
