摘　　要：本文结合贵州民族地区实际，就民族区域自治法的实施对贵州少数民族和民族自治地方 产生的现实作用和实践经验作了总结性阐述，文童着重对如何学习和贯彻修改后的民族区域自治法，加快 贵州少数民族和民族地区社会发展提出了对策性建议。In the light of practical conditons of ethnic areas in Guizhou, this article makes a summary on effectivity and practical experience of Guizhou ethnic minorities and autonomous mi-nority nationality areas by implementing Regional National Autonomy Law. It proposes solutions on how to study and implement revised Regional National Autonomy Law and how to speed up so-cial development of Guizhou ethnic minorities and ethnic areas as well.
