摘　　要：The U.S. strategic aim includes multi-level interests: regulating international order and game rules, strengthening the "dumbbell position", and changing the geographic political structure as well as the factor of energy resources in Central Asia. The possibility of the U.S. enlarging the military attack is very small, but Iraq would be an exception. Taliban may not insist on and Afghanistan will sink into a deeper chaos and turbulence. Moreover, the "9·11" event will have a big influence on Israel-Palestine conflict and will promote the resolution of the problem. The relations between the Middle Eastern countries and the U.S. have experienced subtle changes: Most Middle Eastern countries maintain a lukewarm relationship with the U.S., and Israel’s position is decreasing in the U.S. strategic chessboard in the Middle East.
