摘　　要：不论是过去还是现在 ,非洲在日本的总体外交中均处于次要地位。但随着国际形势的变化 ,日本正逐步将非洲纳入其充当世界政治大国的全球外交战略的框架之中 ,而对非援助是日本对非外交的最重要政策工具之一。日本的目的一是想借重非洲国家跻身联合国安理会常任理事国行列 ;二是扩大在非洲的市场份额 ;No matter during the past or at present, Africa is always in a secondary position in Japan's comprehensive diplomacy. With the changes of international situations, however, Japan is gradually putting Africa in its global diplomatic strategy framework aiming at acting as a world political big power, and its aid to Africa is one of the most important policy tools in Japan's Africa policy. In short, Japan's diplomatic purposes in Africa have three aspects: First, relying on African countries for supporting Japan's endeavor as a permanent member of the security council in the United Nations; Second, enlarging the market share in Africa; Third, promoting the sale of Japan's values and development mode.
