摘　　要：在“十五”期间到2010年正是我国完善社会主义市场经济体制,全面参与经济全球化进程的关键时期。本文针对我省外贸经济中存在的一些深层次问题进行分析。重点对我省外贸经济可持续发展问题进行理论上的探讨,主要从如何实施要素禀赋优势战略,对外贸易对国内产业拉动作用,外贸经营主体结构优化,实施“走出去”战略等方面阐述了自己的观点和看法。The time,from the'tenth -five'time to the 2010, is the key time of the process of participating completely economic globalization and of perfecting socialism market economic system of China.This paper analyses the deep question of foreign trade economy of our province.lt discusses the theory of survival development of foreign trade economy our province. It explains own viewpoints and ideas on execution the'going out'strategy and how to execute the factor resource advantage strategy,on the drag function of domestic industry of the foreighn trade and advancement the structure of foreign trade operation.
