摘　　要：采用文献资料、调查与比较等研究方法。结果认为 ,越强烈的民族性 ,才越具有国际性和普遍性 ;在投资主体、市场本身、经营目标管理上具有开放性 ,才能具有竞争性和盈利性 ;越兴旺的市场性 。This study uses the methods of literature, investigation and comparison and gets the results that the stronger the nationalization is, the more the internationalization and popularization are; while the investment subject , market itself and management target have the characteristics of openness, the competitiveness and profits could be guaranteed; if the market is more flourishing, the wide openness and socialization could be gained.
