摘　　要：岸边集装箱装卸桥是港口集装箱装卸作业中的关键生产设备 ,由于其迎风面积大 ,故而对风特别是突发的强风十分敏感。顶轨器是岸边集装箱装卸桥上重要的防风装置。在对集装箱装卸桥不增加投资的情况下 ,对原来顶轨器控制程序中的不足之处进行调整和改造 ,以满足岸边集装箱装卸桥防风的要求 。Quayside Container Crane is the key device in the course of the container tasks. It is sensitive to sudden strong wind for it's bigger windward area. Rail Brakes is important anti wind equipment in the quayside container crane. In the article, some useful research and practice have been made to meet the anti wind request and improve the anti wind ability of the quayside container crane by adjusting and changing the bugs in the original control programs, which needn't increase any additional investment.
