摘  要:跨栏跑是在高速跑进中跨越障碍的大强度径赛项目。其技术复杂,难度大,并具有一定的危险性,所以跨栏跑教学中,学生容易产生恐惧心理。通过对学生恐惧心理的诸多表现,进行研究分析,旨在找出解决问题的方法,取得良好教学效果,提高教学质量,培养学生勇敢,顽强和敢于克服困难的精神。Hurdle race is a track event of big strength, striding over hurdles in high speed, the technique of hurdle race is complicated, and the difficulty of it is big and a certain dangerous, soduring the teaching of hurdle race, it's easy to students to priding the psychology of fear aiming at several manifestations of student's psychology of tear,the article made an analysis and study in order to find uot the methods to resolve the problems, get good teaching effects, improve teaching quality and cultivate brave, indomitable spirits and presume to overcome difficulty .
