摘　　要：阿司匹林的抗血小板聚集作用在心脑血管疾病的预防治疗中得到广泛应用,但阿司匹林抵抗的出现限制了其临床疗效。本文综述了阿司匹林抵抗的概念、发生率、相关因素、可能机制及治疗策略等方面的研究进展。Although the action of anti-platelet aggregation of aspirin has been applied extensively to prevent the occurrence of cardiac cerebrovascular disease,aspirin resistance restricts its clinical effect.This article summa-rizes the definition,prevalence,correlation factor and mechanism of aspirin resistance and points out its therapy strategy.
