摘　　要：分析了制约继电保护整定计算及管理软件推广应用的主要原因。从继电保护整定计算所涉及的数据、内容和过程出发,研究了继电保护整定计算的数据表示、数据处理、定值计算方法等的通用性问题及实现方法;探讨了实用化的继电保护整定计算程序应该涉及的范围、必须具备的功能等;提出了继电保护整定计算支持平台的概念;开发了一个通用和实用的继电保护整定计算及管理系统,并介绍了该系统的总体结构及主要模块的功能和特点。The main reasons restricting the wider application of protection setting calculation and management software are analyzed.Considering the relevant data,content and process of protection setting calculation,theuniversality and implementation method of data presentation,data processing and setting calculation arestudied.The concerned scope and necessary functions of a practical and universal protection setting calculationprogram are discussed.The idea of software platform for protection setting calculation and management is proposed and a universal and practical protection setting calculation and management system is developed.Its general structure and main function modules are introduced. 
