一种多螺旋结构色纺棉氨包芯纱的生产实践

摘　　要：通过改造赛络纺包芯纱工艺,定制三孔和四孔喇叭口,增加细纱后区喂入粗纱根数,合理配置色纺包芯纱各工序工艺参数,顺利纺制双螺旋、三螺旋和四螺旋3种螺旋结构的28 tex(44.4 dtex)色纺棉氨包芯纱。通过对比分析,发现四螺旋结构的色纺棉氨包芯纱整体性能优于双螺旋结构包芯纱。Three kinds of 28tex( 44. 4dtex) multi-spiral cotton / polyurethane colored core-spun yarn of double-spiral,triple-spiral and quadruple-spiral have been successfully produced by improving the siro spinning process of core-spun yarn with customized trumpet of three-hole and four-hole,increased feeding roving in back zone and reasonable processing parameters of each process. Through comparative analysis,it is found that the overall performance of quadruple-spiral cotton / polyurethane colored core-spun yarn is better than that of the siro double-spiral core-spun yarn.
