摘  要:采用芦荟丝素胶原整理剂改善亚麻织物的服用性能。通过改变整理剂浓度、烘焙温度、BTCA浓度和丝素浓度,观察亚麻织物表面毛羽情况,并测试其悬垂性及抗弯性能。研究表明:当芦荟丝素胶原整理剂浓度为50 g/L,烘焙温度为150℃,BTCA浓度为10 g/L,外加丝素浓度为1.5 g/L时,整理后织物的刺痒感及柔软性得到明显改善。通过红外谱图和扫描电镜可知,整理后亚麻织物的特征吸收峰强弱发生一定变化,且织物表面吸附较多颗粒,说明芦荟丝素胶原整理剂成功接枝到织物表面。Aloe fibroin collagen finishing agent is used to improve the wearability of linen fabric. Changing the concentration of collagenfinishing agent, curing temperature, and BTCA and fibroin dosage, the hairiness on the treated linen surface is observed, and the drapabilityand bending resistance are measured. Results show that the scratchiness and the softness of the treated linen fabric had been greatly improvedunder conditions of aloe silk fibroin collagen finishing agent 50g/ L, curing temperature 150℃, BTCA around 10g/ L and the extra fibroinagent 1.0g/ L. The FTIR and SEM analysis reveal that the characteristic absorption peak of the treated linen fabric changes and there are somenew substances attached onto the surface, which indicated that the aloe fibroin collagen finishing agent had successfully grafted onto thesurface of the treated linen fabric.
