摘 要:介绍了仿大化与超仿棉Tc混纺气流纺纱实践。根据两种纤维的性能特点和成纱质量要求,采用简易清梳联生产,两种纤维各自混棉,合理配置清梳工艺参数,以减少对纤维的损伤;并条工序采用条子混合与三道并合,保证混和均匀,以提高纤维的伸直度和平行度;定期对纺纱通道予以清洁,气流纺工序优选纺杯型号,合理配置纺杯转速与刺辊转速;严格控制各工序的温湿度,顺利纺制出仿大化/超仿棉Tc混纺系列气流纺起绒纬纱,且成纱质量稳定。The production practice of rotor spinning of T/ C blended yarns of cotton-like and super cotton-like is introduced. Based onthe performance features and yarn quality, a simple blowing-carding process is used with two kinds of fibers blending with cotton individuallyand proper process parameters to reduce the fiber damage to the fiber drawing sliver. Sliver blending and three mergers are used in drawingprocess to ensure even mixing and increase the straightness and parallelism of fiber. Clean the spinning channel regularly, optimize the rotormodel, rotor speed and licker-in speed for rotor spinning process, and control the temperature and humidity in each procedure. Cotton-likesuper cotton-like T/ C blended rotor-spun fleece weft can be successfully produced with the above process with good quality.
