摘　　要：选择红色与白色竹纤维为1∶1的配比作为色纺纱的混纺比例,纱线细度为29.15 tex,并进行试纺。纱线纺制过程中,重点对细纱工艺进行了优化选择,确定纺制29.15 tex色纺纱的最佳工艺参数如下:总牵伸倍数为12.4倍,后区牵伸倍数为1.35倍,捻度为60。Test spinning of bamboo colored spun yarn is carried out with blending ratio of red and white bamboo fiber of 1 ∶ 1 and yarnnumber of 29.15 tex. The spinning process is optimized, and the optimum spinning process for 29.15 tex colored spun yarn are determined asfollows: spinning with the total draft of 12.4 times, drafting ratio in back zone of 1.35 times and the twist of 60.
