摘  要:探讨空心罗拉紧密纺细纱机上不同吸风插件槽型对成纱质量的影响。采用棉、涤纶和涤棉3种不同原料的粗纱,长斜槽、直槽、短斜槽、短弯槽4种吸风插件,分别纺制28.1、11.8、7.4 tex 65/35的空心罗拉紧密纺针织用纱线。测得不同吸风插件槽型条件下纱线条干、毛羽、强力等指标,从而选出纺不同品种纱线所适合的吸风插件槽型。结果表明:不同原料的纱线,所适合的吸风槽型有所不同,纯棉纱适宜采用短斜槽吸风插件,纯涤纶纱和中、低细度的涤棉65/35纱适宜采用长斜槽吸风插件,高细度涤棉65/35纱适宜采用短斜槽吸风插件。The effect of groove shape of suction plug-in in hollow roller compact spinning on yarn quality is discussed. Three kindsfeedstocks of cotton, polyester and 65/ 35 polyester/ cotton and four suction plug-ins with different groove shapes of long-inclination andstraight, short-inclination and short-bent types are selected to spin knitting yarns with 28.1 tex, 11.8 tex and 7.4 tex respectively by hollowroller compact spinning. The yarn indexes are tested such as yarn evenness, hairiness and strength. At last, the best suction groove shapewere selected when spinning different material yarns. The results show that suction plug-in with different suction groove shapes are suitable fordifferent feedstocks. Short-inclination groove should be selected for cotton spinning and polyester/ cotton spinning with high yarn count, whilelong-inclination groove should be selected for polyester spinning and polyester/ cotton spinning with middle and low yarn count.
