高透湿消防内衣舒适性测试与评价

摘　　要：对高透湿消防内衣显汗条件下的热湿舒适性进行了客观和主观测试与评价。首先采用出汗暖体假人对内衣出汗后的热流量和湿阻进行测试与客观评价,然后对内衣进行人体穿着实验与主观感觉评价。研究结果表明,用出汗暖体假人测得的4件内衣的热流量和湿阻相差不大;在内衣热湿舒适性的主观评价中,4件内衣的湿闷感和粘连感变化趋势相近;由阻燃芯吸条面料和网眼布拼接的内衣湿闷感小于3.5级、粘连感小于3级,即热湿舒适性较好;纯棉内衣的湿闷感和粘连感均超过4级,即热湿舒适性较差。研究结果对高透湿消防内衣的设计开发具有重要参考价值。Thermal and moisture comfort of high permeability fireman underwear under high moisture conditions is tested and evaluatedby objective and subjective methods. Heat flux and damp obstruction after sweating on sweating thermal manikin is test and evaluate, followedby a subjective feeling evaluation on human beings by dressing. The results show that heat flux and damp obstruction results of four testedunderwears are similar with sweating thermal manikin method. In subjective evaluation of thermal and moisture comfort, wet stuffy andadhesion feeling of four underwears also have no obvious different in the variation trend. Underwears made of flame resistant wicking fabricand mesh fabric have good thermal and moisture comfort with wet stuffy feeling of less than 3.5 Grade and adhesion feeling of less than 3 Grade in. Pure cotton underwear shows a little poor thermal and moisture comfort with wet stuffy and adhesion feeling of more than 4 Grade.The results have important reference value to design and development of high permeability fireman underwear.
