聚丙烯酸类浆料对淀粉浆料性能的影响

摘　　要：针对淀粉浆料浆膜硬脆的特点,研究了3种不同配比聚丙烯酸类浆料对淀粉浆料性能的影响,并选出最优配比对13tex T/C混纺纱进行上浆实践。结果表明,聚丙烯酸类浆料在一定程度上改善了涤棉浆纱的性能,但对淀粉浆料增塑效果不明显。相比较而言,聚丙烯酸酯与淀粉配比在1∶9时,浆液黏附力、浆膜性能、浆纱性能等各项指标优异,可满足上浆要求。In view of the fragility of film behavior of starch size, the properties of three kinds of polyacrylic/ starch size with differentratios are studied, and the sizing of 13 tex T/ C blended yarn with the optimal mixed size is carried out. The result show that polyacrylic sizecan improve the sizing performance of polyester/ cotton fiber to some extent, but have no obvious effect on starch plasticizing. In comparison,polyacrylic / starch size with ratio of 1 ∶ 9 can meet the requirements of sizing with good adhesion force, film behavior and sizing performance.
