摘　　要：介绍了CF2.9 tex双股线的加工工艺。首先从原料选择入手,对比了配棉方案的影响;同时采用先进的纺纱工艺,以保证成纱质量;严格规范操作方法,以保证生产正常进行;最后优化上车专件器材,提高了特细特纱线的附加值和企业管理水平,增强了产品市场竞争力。The manufacturing of CF2.9tex two-ply yarn is introduced. Suggestions for quality improvement are given as follows: cottonassorting is discussed from the view of raw material, using advanced spinning technology to guarantee the broken ends and yarn quality;operation standards should be accorded with strictly to ensure the normal production; optimization of the special parts of the spinning machinecan improve the the added value of ultra-fine yarn, management level of enterprises and the market competitiveness of the products.
