摘　　要：南京艺术学院教学辅楼由于使用需要,按现行设计规范对原结构进行直接增层加固改造设计。在尽量保留原结构的基础上,对基础、梁、柱和板采用加大截面法进行加固,并在原屋顶上增设新的结构层。通过对上述过程的设计分析,介绍了一些有效的方法,可供同类建筑加固改造参考。In order to meet the using demands,reconstruction design is made for the existing structure of a teaching building in Nanjing Arts Institute by adding storey directly according to the current design code.For keeping the existing structure as possible,large section method is adopted for foundation,beams,columns and plates,and new structure is added on top of existing roof.Based on design analysis,some effective methods are introduced,which can be reference for the similar projects.
