摘 要:基于Microsoft Excel的"规划求解"工具和函数,建立了工程混合料最优配合比设计的数学模型,设计出一种能够快速而精确地完成工程混合料级配最优配合比设计和成本最优配合比设计的程序,该程序具有速度快,精度高,操作简单,可扩展性强的特点,只需输入原始数据和约束条件,仅通过一次"规划求解"便可得出最佳配合比。结果表明:级配最优配合比设计所得混合料的级配为最优级配,具有最佳的工程实用性能;成本最优配合比设计着重考虑在满足规范要求的前提下,得出经济效益最优的配合比。实际工程中,可以根据具体情况,通过增减约束条件,对混合料的级配指标和成本进行综合优化。Based on Microsoft excel 'solver' tool and function,this paper establishes the mathematical model of the optimum mix proportion for asphalt mixture,and designs a procedure to calculate the optimum mix proportion quickly and exactly.The features of the procedure are fast speed,high precision,simple operation and scalability.Use of this procedure allows we to easily obtain the optimum mix proportion of asphalt mixture only by inputting the original data and constraint condition to this procedure,then running solver.The results show that the asphalt mixture with optimum gradation is designed from the optimum gradation mix proportion design possesses the best engineering practical performance;However that is designed from cost-optimal mix proportion design focus on price in the premise of meet the standard requirements and ignore the gradation.In actual engineering,we can combine the gradation and cost of asphalt mixture to optimize asphalt mixture according to concrete conditions,by increasing or decreasing the constraint conditions.
