摘　　要：WBS是目前国际上通用的一种项目管理重要工具,但国内对WBS在工程项目中的应用仍处于起步阶段,还没有统一规范要求。本文通过组织立式辊磨机设备安装和编制WBS经验,介绍WBS在立磨设备安装中的应用。WBS is an important tool in project management,but there is no unified standard requirements for WBS application in the domestic project.This article introduces the WBS application in the vertical mill equipment installation by the experience of organizing vertical roller mill equipment installation and drawing up WBS.
