略论我国残疾人社区工作

摘　　要：社区残疾人工作是我国社区建设的重要组成部分,社区残疾人工作的主要内容包括社区康复、社会救助、社区就业、社区文化教育、社区无障碍建设、社区维权等,政府主导、社区组织和残疾人协会直接参与推动是我国社区残疾人工作管理运行机制的突出特点。目前,在建立残疾人社会保障和服务体系的进程中,应进一步加强社区残疾人工作的统筹规划,完善服务功能,提高专业化和规范化水平,促进城乡社区残疾人工作协调发展,使社区在残疾人工作中发挥基础性的作用。Community Care is an important component part of social security and public service for persons with disabilities in China.Community Care of persons with disabilities includes community rehabilitation,social relief,community employment,community education, community Barrier Free design and so on.It is the Chinese way of community care of persons with disabilities with the leading role of the government and the light-handed touch of the community organization and self-help organization of persons with disabilities. During the establishment of a Social Security System and public service system for persons with disabilities,community care will play a more and more important role in it.We should improve the development plan and the professional standards of community care of persons with disabilities,and coordinate the development between cities and the countryside.
