摘 要:针对焊接机器人网络化的实际需求,进行了焊接机器人系统远程监控设计.首先制定了系统的基本架构,采用B/S的基本结构实现远程监控焊接机器人系统中设备状态.然后采用VPN技术实现焊接机器人以及PLC程序的远程维护.系统软硬件测试结果表明本焊接机器人系统远程监控方案便于管理员进行系统的远程监控以及升级维护.To meet the requirements of the networked management for welding robot system in the enterprises,a welding robot remote monitoring system was designed in this paper.First,the basic system architecture was presented based on analysis of the system functional requirements.Then,the B/S structure was accepted to realize remote monitoring the equipments in the welding robot system.Besides,the VPN technology was applied to conduct remote management.At last,the system was tested for the hardware and software.The results indicate that this system can remotely monitor the status of the welding power source,provide welders with the reference welding process parameters,and it is easy to be improvedade and maintained remotely for administrators.
