摘　　要：宜黄"9·10"拆迁自焚事件给人们敲了警钟,通过分析拆迁引发的冲突原因,提出了治理措施,实践表明,只有在完善法规、规范拆迁行为的同时,坚持以人为本、切实维护群众的合法利益,及时解决群众合理诉求,才能最终有效避免"暴力拆迁"事件的发生。Yihuang Road"9.10 incident"rings the warning bell for people.The paper analyzes the causes of demolition conflict and puts forward countermeasures.Practice proves that Only when we insist on people -oriented policy,effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and Interests of the mass,cope with their reasonable demands timely while Improving the regulations,standardizing demolition actions can"violent removal"events be ultimately avoided.
