摘　　要：随着高校毕业生就业模式、就业手段、就业环境与就业机制的不断变革,高校毕业生就业呈现出一些新的难题,亟须建立一套完善的监测指标体系来对高校毕业生就业市场进行动态监测.本文综合分析了当前高校就业监测存在的问题,提出了高校毕业生监测指标体系的构建内容、构建方法与构建模型,最后提出相应的对策.As the continuous development of employment patterns,employment means,employment environment,and employment mechanism,university graduate employment shows some new difficulties.To tackle such problems,there is an urgent need to establish a comprehensive monitoring indicator system to dynamically monitor such employment market.This paper comprehensively analyzes the problems of graduates employment monitoring,puts forward the structure,content,method and model of employment monitoring indicator system,and provides the corresponding countermeasures.
