摘　　要：本文对国际上企业环境信息披露问题做了简要归纳。在此基础上,从环境信息披露立法和实践两个方面分析了我国企业目前进行环境信息披露的现状,针对存在的主要问题提出了促进我国企业进行环境信息披露的几点建议。First,the question of environmental information disclosure in western country has been sumed up.Then,the status quo of environmental Information Disclosure of Corporation in China been analyzed from the aspect of legislation and practice.Finally,aiming at the existent problem,some suggestions to the problem have been put forward to facilitate it.
