股四头肌功能操锻炼在半月板部分切除术后病人中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨股四头肌功能操锻炼对关节镜下半月板部分切除术后病人膝关节功能恢复的作用。方法 :将 6 0例半月板部分切除术后的病人 ,随机分成试验组和对照组。试验组进行股四头肌功能操锻炼。结果 :试验组与对照组术后 1d膝关节功能评分比较 ,无统计学意义(P >0 .0 5 )。术后 7d和术后平均 8个月随访膝关节功能评分 ,试验组与对照组比较 ,有统计学意义(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :早期股四头肌功能操锻炼能改善和提高膝关节的功能。objective: to approach on the role of functional exercises of quandriceps muscle of thigh on knee joint function recovery of patients accepted partial meniscectomy via arthroscope. Method: a total of 60 cases undergoing partial meniscectomy were divided into both test and control groups. Patients of test group were carried out functional exercises of quandriceps muscle of thigh. Results: in terms of knee joint function score, there was no statistical significance at the first day after the operation between the two groups (P>0.05). At the 7th day and the 8th month's follow-up, in terms of knee joint function scores, there were statistical significance between the two groups respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion: early stage functional exercises of quandriceps muscle of thigh could improve and promote the function of knee joint.
