摘 要:目的 :探讨健康教育减轻肝癌病人家属焦虑的效果。方法 :将首次住院的肝癌病人的家属181例 ,随机分为健康教育组 94例 ,对照组 87例 ,在入院时进行SAS量表和EPQ量表评分。护士按医院例行方式与对照组家属接触 ,健康教育组则由护士给予肝癌相关知识、家庭护理常识等健康教育 ,出院前对两组家属再次进行SAS评分。结果 :健康教育组出院前焦虑程度明显低于入院时 (P <0 .0 1) ,且焦虑减轻程度明显大于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;健康教育组中女性家属 ,对肝癌了解程度较低的家属和具有不稳定型人格特征的家属出院前焦虑减轻程度分别大于男性家属(P <0 .0 1)、对肝癌了解程度较高的家属 (P <0 .0 1)和具有稳定型人格特征的家属 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :健康教育能不同程度地减轻肝癌病人家属的焦虑 (尤其是女性 )以及对肝癌了解程度较低和具有不稳定型人格特征家属的焦虑 ,提高他们对肝癌的认识和家庭照料水平 。Objective: to explore the effect on health education to reduce the anxiety of family members of patients with liver cancer. Method: a total of 181 cases of liver cancer patients who were the first time admitted into hospital were selected and divided into both test group of 94 cases and control group of 87 cases. All of subjects were conducted both SAS and EPQ scoring at their admission. Family members of patients of control group were contacted with nurses as traditionally. Family members of patients of test group were given health education by nursing staffs which included knowledge about liver cancer, how to perform family care and so on. All subjects were re-scored with SAS before patients were discharged from the hospital. Results: Family members of test group had less anxiety before patients discharged than that at patient's admission (P<0.01). However, the anxiety of family member of test group was more severe than those of control group (P<0.01). Anxiety level of female family members, members known a little about the illness and members with unstable personality characteristics of the test group before patient was discharged abated more than that of male family members (P<0.01), members known more about the illness (P<0.01), and members with stable personality characteristics (P<0.01) respectively. Conclusion: health education for family members of liver cancer patients may in different level abate their anxiety particularly in female family members, members had a little knowledge about the illness and members of unstable personality characteristics. Health education could promote their knowledge about liver cancer and the level of their family care. It is beneficial to both the psychosomatic health of family members and the rehabilitation of liver cancer patients.
