地塞米松及清开灵雾化吸入佐治小儿呼吸道感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察地塞米松、清开灵雾化吸入佐治小儿呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、开放性对照研究,治疗组60例在常规治疗的基础上加用地塞米松、清开灵雾化吸入,对照组60例常规治疗,比较两组症状体征恢复正常所需时间。结果:观察体温、咳嗽、呼吸频率、肺部口罗音四项指标,治疗组较对照组为优(P<0.01)。结论:地塞米松、清开灵雾化吸入佐治呼吸道感染症状、体征改善快,缩短了病程,为一种有效的治疗手段。Objective:To compare the efficacies of two regimens in the treatment of children respiratory system infection.Methods:In a way of randomized,open and parallel controlfrial,60 cases of treatment group were treated with routine treatment and inhalation therapy of deamethason and qinkailin.While 60 cases of control group were treated with routine treatment.Results:To compare the four items of cough,body temperature,breathe frequency and rales,treatment group is better than control group.A siginificant difference existed between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Inhalation therapy of dexamethason and qinkailin is the good fragment of children respiratory system-infection.
