摘　　要：目的:观察股动脉注射尿激酶治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效,方法:选择2型糖尿病足患者(W agner分级≤3级),在抗感染、胰岛素及局部创面处理的同时,给予股动脉注射尿激酶治疗。结果:26例糖尿病足溃疡全部愈合。结论:股动脉注射小剂量尿激酶治疗糖尿病足溃疡安全有效。Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of intra-femoral artery injection of urokinase for diabetic foot.Methods:Twenty-six type 2 diabetic patients with foot ulcer(Wagner≤3-degree).For intra-femoral artery injection of urokinase were combined with general treatments,including insulin,antibiotics,and wound surface managements.Results:All patients achieved complete wound healing.Conclusion:The intra-femoral artery injection of urokinase was an effective and safe therapy for diabetic foot ulcer.
