摘　　要：目的:探讨应用等离子技术在鼻咽部手术治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法:对25例(49耳)分泌性中耳炎患儿应用等离子切除腺样体和咽鼓管扁桃体,黏膜下消融增生肥大的咽鼓管圆枕,13例同期行鼓室置管术。结果:经6~24个月随访,24例患儿(47耳)分泌性中耳炎好转,1例(2耳)未愈。所有患儿无并发症发生。结论:应用等离子技术在鼻咽部手术治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎创伤小、安全易行、恢复快、疗效好。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of plasma radiofrequercy surgery in nasopharynx for the treatment of secretory otitis media in children.Method:25 secretory otitis media children(49ears) who had secretory otitis media were treated by surgery using the plasma radiofrequercy in nosepherageal.Resolts:During a follow-up of 6 months to 2 years,24 childern were cured,1 hade no healed.There was no complication.Conclusion:Utilizing plasm radiofrequency in nasopharynx had the advantages of direct and clear view of surgical area.It is easy to operate and high safety,obvious curative effect.
