高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床意义。方法:HBO治疗HIE在生后第5天开始每日1次,10日为1个疗程,治疗前后做新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)、头颅CT、评价近期临床疗效。结果:HBO治疗HIE可提高NBNA评分,头颅CT检查HIE分度好转例数增加,近期临床疗效好。结论:HBO为治疗新生儿HIE提供了较可靠、理想的治疗方法,应尽早行HBO治疗。Objective:probe into the clinical sence of Hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) for curing hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Method:treatment of HBO begings on fifth day after generation.once a day,10 days are a coure of treatment. we make neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA) and head CT to evaluate clinical healing effect from beging to end.Result:the treatment can raises the NBNA marks,head CT inspection,the divided degree of HIE,and improve case count.so the immediate clinical effect is good.Conclusion:the HBO supplies the plan of more ideal and reciable cure fore cure disease,this cure should as early as posible walks.
